Welcome to my site, my name is Don Gladney

As a life long learner, I have selected an HCI topic (Gesture Computing) and WEL (Work Embedded Learning) which are of interest to me to explore  during my studies at Pepperdine University where I am a doctoral student in the Ed.D (Educational Technology) program. You will note that I have posted ongoing findings and reflections in a blog and you are encouraged to contribute to the ongoing discovery and development of this topic in this virtual learning space. I am a former Program Manager for IBM Global Learning. Over the years I have had a wide range of work experiences at IBM ranging from computer hardware and software engineering, marketing and sales, business process re-engineering to my last assignment at IBM in learning. I have also done some adjunct instructing at the graduate and undergraduate level in Marketing, Project Management, and Information Technology.
